Dashmo is a personal productivity tool for delivery drivers. It is NOT a navigation app, NOT a delivery service, and NOT affiliated with any delivery company. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and their employer's policies.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Dashmo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dashmo is a personal memory and productivity application designed to help delivery drivers remember locations, access information, and customer preferences. The Service includes:
- Mobile application for iOS and Android
- Local data storage capabilities
- Optional cloud synchronization
- Photo documentation features
- Note-taking and organization tools
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Dashmo
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person per account (no sharing)
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All content you create or upload
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use Dashmo to:
- Store delivery-related information for personal reference
- Document building entrances and locations
- Keep notes about delivery preferences
- Improve your delivery efficiency
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Dashmo to:
- Store or share illegal content
- Violate anyone's privacy rights
- Harass, stalk, or harm others
- Store credit card or financial information
- Share access codes without authorization
- Violate your employer's policies
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Use automated systems or bots
- Resell or commercialize the Service
5. Privacy and Data Use
5.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all content you create
- You grant us a license to provide the Service
- You can delete your data at any time
- We will not sell your personal information
5.2 Sensitive Information
WARNING: Do not store:
- Social Security numbers
- Credit card information
- Bank account details
- Medical information
- Passwords to other services
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user content) remains the property of Dashmo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 Your Content
By uploading content, you:
- Confirm you have the right to use it
- Grant us a license to store and display it within the Service
- Take responsibility for any copyright violations
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription
- Free tier: Limited features, as described in app
- Pro tier: $4.99/month or current advertised price
- Payment processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
7.2 Refunds
- Refunds handled per App Store/Play Store policies
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of user-generated content
- That gate codes or access information will be current
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the Service will meet your specific needs
8.2 Not a Navigation Service
Important: Dashmo is NOT a GPS or navigation service. Always use proper navigation tools and follow traffic laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits or data loss
- We are not liable for delivery failures or job performance issues
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dashmo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for:
- The content or practices of third parties
- Any damage from using third-party services
- Transactions between you and third parties
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Change features or functionality
- Impose limits on storage or usage
- Update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes
13. Termination
13.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account in the app settings
- Contacting [email protected]
- Uninstalling the application
13.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate or suspend your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Extended inactivity (12+ months)
- Non-payment of subscription fees
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
14.2 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.
15. Governing Law

The limitations and disclaimers in these Terms do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
