How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password directly in the app by going to Settings > Account > Reset Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Is my data really private?
Yes! By default, all your delivery data is stored locally on your device. We only sync to the cloud if you explicitly enable that feature. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export all your data at any time from Settings > Data > Export. You'll receive a file containing all your saved locations, notes, and preferences in a standard format.
What happens if I delete the app?
If you're using local storage only, deleting the app will remove all data. If you have cloud sync enabled, your data is safe and will be restored when you reinstall and log in.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
